Jan Bjerrum Bach, Chief Executive

Jan has a strong background from the big pharma, bio-tech and financial services sectors. Jan’s law firm, Jusmedico, which was established in 2004, has won the prestigious “Biotech Law Firm of the Year” in Denmark award every year since 2014. Internationally Jan is co-founder of and active in BioLawEurope and association of boutique law firms focusing on life science. Jan holds a Master of Law degree and holds High Court Advocacy Rights.

Steen Rode, Chairman of the Board

Steen is a partner in the Law firm Bech-Bruun in Copenhagen. His focus is on M&A and corporate law. Steen has worked both in Denmark and a abroad, and holds a Master of Law.

Ole Skov, Member of the Board

Ole is the founder of Adsidius and the link to the European Angel Fund. He has a background from various industries and in different countries after many years in consulting, with McKinsey & Co and Accenture. Ole holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.
